How does the XWasher Beta Program work?
Beta testers will be selected from customers who have reserved XWasher with a $10 deposit and completed the survey.
We will invite a limited number of early supporters from our reservation list to participate in the XWasher Beta Program during the PVT (Production Validation Test) stage.
Selected participants will receive a Beta unit to help us gather real-world feedback and improve the final production version.
Is the Beta unit the final XWasher product?
Beta units are engineering validation units and are not the final retail version. Selected testers will receive the final production XWasher according to the launch delivery plan.
What toys can XWasher clean?
XWasher is designed for everyday toys including plastic toys, bricks, silicone toys, and many washable plush toys. For delicate or special-material toys, we recommend checking the care instructions before washing.
Is XWasher safe for children's toys?
Yes. XWasher uses a gentle cleaning process designed for toys children play with every day. It avoids harsh cleaning methods and helps keep toys fresh, clean, and ready for play.
Does XWasher wash and dry toys?
Yes. XWasher combines washing, sanitizing, drying, and organized storage in one system.
How long does a cycle take?
Cycle times vary by mode.
Quick Wash: around 80 minutes
Standard Wash: around 120 minutes
Deep Care: around 180 minutes
Why not use a washing machine or dishwasher?
Washing machines and dishwashers are designed for clothes and dishes, not children's toys.
XWasher is built specifically around toy shapes, materials, and play habits, with gentle cleaning, drying, and storage designed for toys.
How many toys can it hold?
XWasher is designed for growing toy collections and can clean multiple toys in one cycle, depending on toy size and shape.
When will XWasher ship?
XWasher is currently preparing for launch. Early supporters will receive priority updates and launch information.
Do I need special cleaners or sanitizers?
No. XWasher is designed to work with the cleaning solutions you already trust. To protect both toys and the machine, use mild cleaners, gentle detergents, or HOCl-based sanitizers. No proprietary consumables required.
